Return Policy/Shipping Policy
J & H Jewelry offers a wide range of high end, beautiful antique and vintage jewelry. All of our items are shipped quickly. We also have a no-hassle return policy. J & H Jewelry strives to provide you with the best possible customer service.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it according to the following guidelines:
- You have 7 days to return your item in its original condition, with the original attached tags. No returns or refunds after 7 days from shipping date will be given, no exceptions.
- All antique, vintage and estate items are sold as is, and are non-refundable after 7 days. Our jeweler checks all our pieces and they are tested for type of gold, sterling silver, and all types of stones. We are not responsible for the item once it leaves our store. However, if you have a problem please call us directly and if we can resolve the matter we will.
- If you want to return your item, please contact J & H Jewelry at 516-785-4540 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your sales receipt number, name, purchase date, email address and reason.
- Jewelry and rings that have been altered or sized are not returnable or refundable. Made to order and custom made jewelry is non-returnable.
- A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. When shipping your item to J & H Jewelry store, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. We suggest that you ship your order insured, via Federal Express, USPS, or UPS to (see below)
You can choose to pick up your item at our store. Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready before coming to pick it up.
- Each item has shipping fees listed. The fee varies depending on the price of the item and where it’s going.
- You can also elect to pick up your order at our store. Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready before coming to pick it up.
- In-stock items leave J & H Jewelry via USPS within 2-3 days of your order. If something is out of stock we will let you know your wait time via e-mail right away. If you need something by a certain date, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
- Generally, if your item is in stock you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. You will get an e-mail with your carrier and tracking number when your item is shipped. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note: Paying for 3-day shipping does not guarantee that you will receive your order in three days. It does, however, shorten the time your item will be in transit. 3-day shipping means three business days per UPS. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and we will try our best to make it happen.
